When my very old washing machine broke down I thought about replacing it but I’m really glad I called Techman instead. Mike came out same day and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts I needed. 48 hrs later my old machine is running like new and I saved the cost of replacing it.
Definitely do not recommend this business. I asked for a service call for stove issue diagnostic and repair back in mid April. When the issue was identified, I was told they will order the parts. Despite several follow-up attempts, every time they brought a different excuse for the delay; warehouse back-order, long weekend delay, postal services delay etc. etc. Finally, I was told the part is received (after 20 days!) and we planned for installation, which was again delayed several times with a bunch of other excuses; car trouble, long-weekend (again!), being unwell, etc. Waited for another 16 days and they never showed up to finish the job!!! Wasted several days of our time waiting for them to show up and they never did, and finally not even responding back to the text messages! Very unprofessional. I wish there was zero star so that I do not have to give this business even a one-star rating.
Called Techman for our leaky LG washer. Sam arrived a little ahead of schedule (he called first to make sure that was ok). He had the problem diagnosed within minutes, and implemented a fix, with instructions to call if the problem persists (we have a 'plan B' in place, just in case!). Prompt, friendly service -- highly recommend this company. Thanks Sam!
Mike responded quickly and was transparent about pricing. Sam showed up on schedule and was friendly and knowledgeable. He laid out the options and set up a time to get the dishwasher fixed as soon as possible. Would highly recommend Mike and Sam from Techman.
Sam was a great help. We experienced delays with a part that was ordered for our dishwasher (which was no fault of his!), but he did everything he could to resolve it as quickly as possible. Always polite and prompt, I would certainly recommend working with Techman Appliance Repair.
