Went to Wok Box today for lunch, while waiting at the counter to order an Uber Eats driver cut in front of me and store staff acknowledged and served him first. Either have a separate line for food couriers or serve guests in the order that they arrive, simple. Very rude and disrespectful. Will not be back!
My wife and I ordered the orange chicken everyday menu. I asked for just plain fried rice and they made it for me. My wife had noodles and vegetables. Tanvi and RK were here and helped us out. Amazing customer service. Food was hot and fresh. Definitely going to be coming back. Highly recommend.
I have bought food from here many times and it's always a good experience. The food is always fresh and delicious. Service is fast and friendly. The restaurant itself is clean, along with the bathrooms. Great place to grab some food food!
Really nice place to go when you're craving asian cuisin. The sitting arrangements are spacious, plenty and clean. There is cozy environment and friendy staff. Owner of the restaurant him self is really friendly and responsive. Taste of food is really great. They made my noodles just perfect as I like.
Hair in my food. Food was of Walmart frozen dinner quality. The guy cooking doesn't wear gloves or a hair net, saw him grabbing ingredients with bare hands. Chicken was this weird rubbery consistency You're probably better off getting a microwave dinner honestly.
Highly recommend for anytime of day, delicious, savoury, and fast food, amazing staff, great atmosphere. Wok box is now one of my favourite places to take out and i highly recommend more people to try it out.
Update (Dec 5th 2025): We just got takeout, and it was absolutely fantastic. So much meat and veggies. Usually it is just noodles, and light on everything else. This felt far more balanced. Definitely going back more often if it will be like this! Original Been there a few times... Staff is always awesome, but there is one in particular who is incredible (I wish I could remember her name...)! She is always so patient with us, even when the kids are bouncing around. The food usually tastes awesome, but sometimes misses the mark. The kids like the chicken fingers, which sometimes are soggy with grease. The noodle dishes taste great, but are VERY light on the veggies and protein. Would be nice if there was more substance though. If you have special requests, be cautious... We've had a few meals where our requests were missed or ignored.
