I rented a slide projector from the store. Everyone there was super helpful and the store was an unexpected bonus with records and other retro items for sale.
Took over 9 weeks to "repair" my pre amp. Recieved it back worse then I sent it in. Phono stage now doesn't work and the hum is worse. If you cant fix it at least be honest and Mabey not charge for it.
I had a camera that I thought was damaged beyond repair. I brought it in for repair ...and they took a look at it. Then they fixed it to better than it was before... they even repaired a flaky hot shoe that was on it. Thomas was incredible at the repair. He kept me in touch throughout and kept me in the loop. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly for any electronic repairs that you may need as they saved me thousands of dollars. They are very knowledgeable and very courteous. Excellent work! Great customer service. Very helpful and even better....on budget! Kudos
I have been using Michael enterprise for over 15 years now. When i first reached out to him, he was able to set up the soundstage for multiple venues at the college, I believe one of the Concerts he did at the college was Alexis on fire. Absolute genius with a professional team. Also for my personal stereo needs, he’s always provided great customer care at the store-level. Thank you
