I have not done any business with them, but I was at a dealership recently and he had blocked the entry to the parking lot with his trailer which caused an inconvenience to a lot of people. He did not move the vehicle either when he saw others struggling. I think that says a lot about their business ethics.
Our family are so very pleased with the balloon bouquet that was created for a 70th milestone celebration. The service was attentive. The bouquet itself was perfect. We are so happy and will definitely be using Stewart's Balloons again for family events. Thank you for a job well done.
So happy I came here. I just went in for a simple balloon and had a warm welcome, even my son enjoyed being there watching the balloons be blown up. I would definitely come back again for a bigger balloon bouquet and a balloon arch. Their work is amazing and it's nice to see a family owned business run here in Barrie be so successful.
I had gone in as a first time customer to inquire about a balloon set up. I had gotten a quote which I knew was reasonable as others quoted the same. however the gentleman had to throw in that “he has to pay rent” into the conversation. Never was I disagreeing with the qoute and was happy to due business until that very moment. Maybe next time he should do a better job at delivering that customer service experience than making such an absurd comment like that. Sincerely a customer that was truly just interested in doing business.
This company went above and beyond to ensure my mother who is in palliative care got the most spectacular birthday ballon’s for her 92nd birthday. Absolutely amazing customer service and I highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to refer them or use them again. Thank you all she loved them.
