I came in yesterday afternoon (Oct 14) at about 5pm for help toning down but not fully covering highlights that I just had done. They were too bright and stripey looking. I was worried about fixing them myself, but left feeling confident with the recommendations made by the person who helped me. My hair looks amazing and more natural today. Thank you!
I visit this store regularly for hair dye. I have now been on twice and the associate Nigel has gone above and beyond to answer questions. Nigel walked us through the whole at home process and the results came out exactly how we wanted. I hope Nigel gets the recognition he deserves and knows that he is awesome!
I thought I liked this store. Lots of reasonably priced products.However do not get hair dying tips from these “staff” if you can call them that. A girl with glasses fired my hair with her advice and having ethnic hair that takes forever to grow Im beyond enraged. They are not hairstylists. In fact I agree with a previous complaint they should hire some for that department or not offer help at all. When I can in the following weekend the girl that sold me a lifting die and 40v went to the back room while I took my issues up with her co worker they never even said sorry or offered any real help I had to spend 85 dollars to try to salvage my hair stay clear
I went to this location as I am visiting in Barrie. Normally I go to Newmarket where the staff and selection are fantastic. The staff member that tried to help me was not very knowledgeable and not very friendly. They didn't have my products that I wanted and she just walked away from me after trying to sell me a product that I had previously tried and wasn't a fan of. Clients create and maintain your job......no matter what you should smile and nod. I will buy my supplies every location but that one from now on.
Great service. Was not happy with the “clip in extensions” one they didn’t even come with clips and two you have to cut the hair yourself. Would’ve been nice if the lady would’ve told me that before I bought them. Not impressed :(
Went into bayfield location to grab some hair colour and spoke with Tamara who was super helpful had good advice and recommended a great product I am now in love! Thanks again!
I have issues doing highlights. Followed the directions but it didn't take at all. I went back and they were very nice. They exchanged for some new stuff free of charge. They are very knowledgeable and know what they're talkin about when it comes to the hair products for sure.
