I took their beef butchery class the other night and it was fantastic. The team was incredibly knowledgeable—not just about how to break down each cut, but also about the cow itself, the farm it came from, and the best ways to prepare each cut. They even cooked multiple different cuts for us to try, and they were all delicious and perfectly prepared. The store itself is packed with great items and tons of variety. I’m especially excited to dig into the root beer sausages and bone marrow burgers I picked up. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Saw the sign on the road that said best sandwiches in town. They were right. Great service, friendly staff, very clean. Will be going back again and again.
We stumbled across this place by accident / through a google search as no other local butcher carried bone-in leg of lamb. They were a pleasure to deal with from the moment we walked in. The store is also spotless! Once I got home, I opened my package and found the meat was tied with twine and even had a sprig of fresh rosemary placed on top. What a great and unexpected touch. Our go to butcher. We know we are getting top quality meat from the butchers here. We've had the honour of trying some of their pre-made meals and sandwiches that they make for lunch and they sure are delicious! Be sure to check them out and support a local small business.
This is hands-down the best butcher in Barrie. It has an amazing selection of cuts and premade foods and very reasonable prices. Cannot recommend enough!
