Good enough to wash the car, but not more then it. The lights are not bright enough to see properly, some of them flicker. The floor is full of dirt from previous cars. The price is slightly higher than the competitors.
Absolute garbage dump of a car wash nobody on site that works here at all no phone number. Absolutely no customer service. Came here once before and the pre-soak wasn’t working wasted my money because I can’t get a hold of anybody came back a second time maybe a month or two later hoping things have changed still a garbage dump. Added money to it soap not working can’t get my money back cause there’s no phone number. Nobody working on site.
TERRIBLE experience at this car wash. I went for the $4.00 self-serve wash and used the exchange machine to break my $5 bill. It gave me only $3.25 instead of two toonies and a loonie. The machine is broken, and there was absolutely no one on site to help. I even emailed management about it and still haven’t received any response. It’s ridiculous to lose money over a faulty machine and be completely ignored. If this place can’t even refund or fix their equipment, it really says a lot about how they treat customers. Would not recommend until they get their act together.
Very disappointed in the $15 that was basically stolen from me. I went through the drive thru car wash, selected the 3 best wash for it to only sprinkle some water on the car and rub the soft clothes all over the vehicle. There was zero soap used and no pre-soak or rinse. It cleaned nothing off the vehicle. No receipt printed and there is no way to get in touch with anyone to notify them that clearly the drive thru wash is not functioning properly. I have also emailed them after going through all the negative reviews. I love that the only response to all these negative reviews is to email them. Great customer service and way to be ripping people off!!
Nobody is taking care of this facility anymore! A lot of things were broken, and yesterday I was there! In the 2nd room, there was a hole in the foam pipe, and I was all dirty when done. I had to use it because I saw it after I'd paid. Please respect your customers and maintain it, or your customers will switch to another one with a better service.
Use at own risk. I have been twice in the past month and both times equipment in different bays was broken resulting in not getting the wash I paid for. The first time the foam hose leaked at the overhead articulating arm and was unable to wash the vehicle. The second time I tapped to pay and money was taken from my account but it did not unlock the services. Use at your own risk.
The rinse cycle has been reduced to save money and therefore soap film is left on the car. I've tried it three times on each level and it was not a fluke. Update: This issue has been fixed. This location, although not touchless, does not scratch my car and does a thorough job. Glad to be back on track. Went back March 12, 2022 while owner was on site. We did not get under carriage spray or any soap. When we told the owner of our experience on the way out he gave us a car freshener and told us to come again. He showed no interest in the system faults we encountered. An air freshener in such a circumstance is NFG. Not going back for a third chance! There is never a fix, just excuses and contempt!
