Order Kadahi chicken and tawa chicken which comes with rice, raita and naan. Raita was packed in a container and its lid was so loose to fit on it properly. Obviously it spilled in all dinner making it all look messy and leaked into naan and over the curry containers. I tried the lid of raita container myself and it is loose enough not to be used at first place. The guy from restaurant called me twice and offered me if I will order 1 naan he will give me 5 naan free with it as an attempt to fix the error. Second time he called he admitted it was mistake on their part and he will delivery 5 naan after 9pm (restaurant closing time) to my house. They tried to play the blame game on Uber eats guy when I initially called back to let them know of this raita spilled in the poly bag and over all food items in bag. Got 2 calls already while writing this review and just now got their manager’s call as well. Asked me to repeat the whole story over and asking so what is the concern. As curries and rice are in plastic containers they should be ok to eat. I have kept the raita container and lid as proof and clearly this was very loose to not notice while packing food. Attached a few pictures. Not that accidents can not happen but their attitude to first put blame on someone else, than slowly admitting and offering free naan as solution and kept bothering me when I did not accept their free naan with 1 naan order at later date or delivery of naan after restaurant closing.
This place, from the biryani to the naan to the main dishes, is just average. While we never throw put food, after a few bites, that’s where it ended up.

Very unprofessional person over the phone does not even spoke panjabi properly. I don’t understand why you the business name as a panjabi name if none of the representatives can speak it ???
Wasted $30. First time experiencing and went all the way down as food was not good as well as not upto the expectations. Not comings back for sure All the best !
We had a take out from this new place. Very happy with the quality and quantity of the food. The portions were really good. The food tastes like home. Cherry on the cake was the pani puri.(yummmmm) We will back definitely!!
Food quantity and quality was far better than it's price, food really tasted like Authentic Indian curry loved it, feel like eating in india. never tasted such flavorful food in Barrie.
