Walked in at 1046pm, only to be told their fryers were closed....not sure why the sign says 11pm if you close 14minutes early wing spot. Definitely NOT the spot.
Tonight I placed an order, wings, wedges and a garden salad. I put a note and asked for extra cucumbers and tomatoes because I’m pregnant and was really craving something refreshing. Not only did they send me the wrong salad (Greek salad), it was soggy. Not fresh at all. Yes I got my money back because I ordered off uber eats but it’s not the point. Why are we paying so much for food and service when people can’t get it right? I’m fed up!
Ordered 2lbs of wings (buffalo bbq + dill pickle breaded). Breading was light compared to what I’m a fan of, wings did have a decent about of meat on them. The dill pickle had no taste of dill pickle, I believe they forgot to season and was service plain. The buffalo bbq was quite interesting, I was a fan All in all I would rate them as mid range wings
Bad customer service last time they forgot our drinks this time they put next to no fries we called them and they want us to drive 20 min back to get them changed save your time and don’t go here
Great food, great service! Tried the voodoo fries and spicy wings — both were fire! The place was clean and had a good vibe. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
Edit 2: This was a review from 2022 or 2023. Re edited to remove some unnecessary cursing cause I’m trying to be a better person. The owner seems to think it’s a fake review. At least now we know they give a damn. Upping my review to 3/ from 1/ for that. 26th Jan 8:30PM Absolutely terrible service. If you guys can’t hire couple of decently minded people who can take down simple orders, why bother run a restaurant It’s one item Messed up my order twice even after calling way ahead and then had to wait cause they forgot to put it in. After the long wait I realized they gave me the wrong sauce and missing sides for my second order of wings my. when I call back 3 minutes after closing giving another chance to fix it for third time they said they’re closed!? Paid extra for stuff I didn’t get. Called ahead and then made to wait in freezing wind with not enough wait area to accommodate more than 3 people. Used to be a regular for some good food at decent prices but will not be coming back if this is the last store on earth
Do not hesitate to get take-out from here or order using an app! The wings themselves are AMAZING with a number of flavours similar to St. Louis, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc.! Unfortunately, it's just too small and has limited hours (4-9!?!) so it doesn't service the needs of a downtown eatery except for quick take-out & app delivery (wings are too messy to eat on the side of the road like tacos or poutine). Wings = 4 stars, Value = 3 stars, Atmosphere/seating = 1 stars.
