Of course employees have friends their gonna wanna talk to but maybe don't hold up the drive through to have a conversation at the intercom and then again at the window?
Very bad customer experience… nobody was in queue for order… I was the first… waited for 5 mins to take my order… more than 5 people were working there… just walking here and there…
My favorite place to go every morning. Staff is amazing they have our orders ready and we don't need to say a word. They value their customers so much there that they memorize your order. Just one of the little ways they brighten your day.
Very pleasant staff to deal with. Me and my family came in and bought all their coffee and they were very nice about it and wished us a Merry Christmas. Great Customer Service and enthusiasm for the holidays! Did i mention this was 6 p.m. Christmas Day.
