I just called them to get a quote regarding printing of marketing brochures and other material for my business. Their office hours are pretty straight and tend to clash with other business hours so I opted to call them instead over visiting. Over the phone, their associate ALI was damn rude and just wanted to hang up the call without even listening to my needs. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their service, such an unprofessional way of assisting customers.
