This business, at this location, is closed permanently. If you call the phone number they will forward you to a different company. Bottom line this very very bad business practice. Hopefully, Google will list this as a permanently closed business.
This company took $1100.00 from me for a license then closed a week later on May 5th 2022. Ironically this site is still being used and they still answer the same phone number and I hear Northern Protocol adds on the Radio. Sounds like they are still in business, however they claim they are a different company with the same staff, web site and phone numbers. They claim they cant refund the money because they didnt buy the business???
I had a custom built PC that threw every curve ball at the technicians. I was anxious and called several times to check in with it and they were incredibly patient and helpful every time I called them. They always had a very informative answer to my questions, even helping me understand more about my system and how it runs. My PC was fixed in a timely fashion and the price was reasonable for the work. Next time I need my PC fixed, I'll definitely be coming back.
I was nervous bringing my pc to someone but I needed it fixed and Northern Protocol is phenomenal. Exceeded my expectations, the staff was super patient and kind. They solved my months of problems in just a couple of days.

We have purchased and had our computers repaired here for years and have been very pleased with the service. We have a 10+ year old laptop that they have kept in excellent form. They also did a new build for us and we have been very happy with it. Last week, Chris did a house call to set up a controller for my son's computer. He was very generous with his time and made sure that our son understood how everything worked before he left. I highly recommend them.
They fix it or it's free! They have helped me numerous times and worth their expertise in gold. I have a good rig that they have replaced motherboard for with eye for detail. Been a year and have still been going strong. 100% confidence in their ability to fix it.
