NEVER buy a Suzuki, my bike has been gone for warranty work for almost 7 weeks now. Instead of trying to help or offer customer service. They are calling me a liar about how long the bike has been gone and offered NOTHING to rectify the situation. They also dont stock many of the parts in north America which means any product that breaks is down for a minimum of 3-4 weeks to ship from Japan. Which they dont tell you when you buy. They could care less about your business buy elsewhere.

We absolutely love our 6hp Suzuki outboard motor! It’s reliable, fuel-efficient, and starts up with ease every time. Perfect for our small fishing trips and cruising around the lake. The motor is quiet yet powerful, and we couldn’t be happier with its performance. Suzuki’s craftsmanship and attention to detail really shows. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dependable outboard motor that’s built to last. Thank you Suzuki Canada for such an awesome product!

Too bad a good product is cursed by poor service options I took a six horse outboard in for a basic service at a framer and was told three weeks , five weeks later they haven’t even looked at it , is there any accountability at Suzuki canada

Terrible customer service. I emailed Suzuki customer service to discuss a complete engine failure of my 2018 DRZ400S, which was discovered by a local service center at 16,xxx km on the odometer. I asked if I could purchase a new motor from Suzuki directly, and options for pricing. Their response: "this is not warranty, no oil". Great, so no option to buy a motor through Suzuki. The bike had a recent oil service ~750 km prior to bringing in for service for the engine noise / rough running. So it somehow leaked or burnt up the oil from the oil change, yet customer service isn't willing to discuss this, nor discuss buying an engine from them. Otherwise, I did enjoy the bike while it ran, just very disappointed in the customer service and overall the low kilometers until failure. My last bike, an Yamaha XT250, had 40,xxx km on it when I sold it in good condition, wish I was having the same story with my DRZ400, as it was a good bike.

Drive it until something breaks so we know what to fix should be their motto, this is what I was told. They will not honour waranty knowing there is a long documented history of faults. Very poor customer service. I Cannot say more negative about this company. After speaking to the president of the company himself, still no resolution. Why would anyone speak to your customer service?

My frame is cracked on my 2015 king quad I brought it to the dealer its been over three weeks Suzuiki has still not sent out someone to see if it will be covered under warrantee. Its cracked due to stress fractures or also know as spider cracking.
