Fantastic doctor’s office, always great service and concern for their patients. In the time of challenges with medical care Dr. Beshay goes above and beyond the call with true care for her patients. Highly recommended
Dr. Beshay is such a wonderful doctor. Im an actual person to her, not just a number, given today's health care, Im really appreciative :) A fabulous clinic, wonderful staff. And a comfortable environment.
Awful Doctor, very rude and disrespectful towards men, never listens and always interrupts when you're talking. Find another family doctor if you can, she's all a out making money from her side hussell!
First of all, let me be clear that this is not a review of my doctor. She is absolutely amazing! However, whoever’s working reception, needs a few classes in human relations and basic respect. I had a “ doctor’s appointment” via telephone scheduled, which I unfortunately missed. It was first thing in the morning and I believe I had my ringer off. I take complete accountability for that. I received a message, about a week later, asking for me to call and reschedule this appointment. For context, I am a therapist, which means that I cannot answer the phone in the middle of the day while in sessions with clients. Another important thing to note, is that TruMedical has the most interesting telephone callback hours. Ones that are not designed to accommodate working individuals. As a result every time I tried to call back, it would be out of these telephone hours. Not working hours - just their telephone hours. This morning, I received a call from the receptionist who continually repeated the fact that I had missed the appointment. I advised her that she had said that multiple times already, and that I was prepared to make another appointment. After scheduling the appointment, she once again stepped out of her lane, in an attempt to admonish me. “Make sure you answer the phone this time.” Now, I’m unsure if I sounded like her child; hence her need to speak to me as if I was one, but I am a grown woman and the only other grown woman who I take directions from is my mother. So to that receptionist, if you have no agency at home, take it up with your family, but don’t ever attempt to liberate yourself on me again! Because the next time, my response won’t be so diplomatic.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Every single appointment with Dr.Beshay you sit in the waiting for for over an hour it's absolutely ridiculous (just waited an hour and a half) Hard time getting prescriptions renewed, have to pay out of pocket for medications because she WON'T refill prescriptions if you don't go and see her She's nice enough yeah but enough is enough time to find a new doctor
If you have literally ANY other option, go to ANY other doctor. After my original doctor retired, was transferred to Dr. Beshay. Impossible to get a hold of, never gets back to you, constantly on vacation, off work. Last 6 times I have needed a doctor for something I have had to sit for hours at a walk in clinic to get their help instead because Beshay is not available. Just called today and she'll be off for the next 5 weeks, great help!! The two times ever that I have been blessed with her presence, she rushed me through, didn't listen to anything I had to say and just prescribed medication with no real explanation. Turns out didn't help at all. But who would've guessed after only speaking to me for less than 5 minutes and ending my appointment. Literally go anywhere else before your stuck with this doctor!
when my wife and i came to get a doctor and find out more details the staff was really nice and helped us out right away super place they take care of you shawn and sandra.
