I would give 0 if that was allowed! The "Doctor" in the pharmacy refused to return an unopened untouched bottle of medicine within 2 days of purchase. Return reason was Insurance coverage not available for the specific drug.. The Pharmacist could have been less of a jerk and co-operated but nope! Changing my pharmacy .
I’m from Alberta & had an issue that needed to be taken care of. I called to speak with a pharmacist & Mital is the Pharmacist I spoke with. She gave above and beyond customer service & was so pleasant & took care of my issue right away. When I move back to Barrie I will deal with this location for sure for all of my prescriptions. I have shopped at this store for several years and have my meds there. Over the years I have delt with rude staff, (particularly one lady) Tonight, my wife and I were in buying some of the specials on sale and checking out the new layout. We where both followed and watched as if we were stealing. The one mature lady, with dyed "steel grey" hair, kept us under observation the whole time we were there. She even asked the other cashier what I was talking to that cashier about when I left. She then "followed us" to the exit .. maybe thinking the alarm would go off when we left. I have never been delt with in this manner and felt so disgusted to have had it happen. I understand they deal with shop lifting and such, but treating loyal customers in such a manner makes me feel sick. I would recommend NOT shopping at this store unless you want to be treated like a crook.
This will be my last visit. Out of the very few times of the year I end up coming here to buy a specific item I need asap I have not once felt comfortable in here. I am certain I am being victimized based on my appearance. Everytime I come in I am followed around the store. They stand at the end of the isles with their arms crossed watching me like a hawk not even asking if I need assitance. I am the type of person who likes to look around especially at clearance items, but because I am dressed in a hoodie, sweatpants, rubber boots and my hair and face is not done up I am being clearly victimized as a potential shoplifter. I have indeed tested this theory by having friends go in to see if they experience this while being dressed in casual clothing and they do not. I understand there is a huge problem with theft everywhere but this is not a good approach. Especially to someone that is just trying to enjoy the tranquility of looking around at items they may be interested in buying. This is the 4th time this has happened and it makes me feel so uncomfortable that I quickly cash out and leave because I feel like I can't even look around without being watched full time. I would rather spend a mass amount for an itemto be delivered to me then experience this horrendous customer service.
I regularly drop in here to buy things like deodorant, toilet paper and other house hold necessities. Every time I leave the cashier never deactivates the alarm stickers on the product properly causing the alarm to sound on my way out. EVERY TIME! Just now I had an older man shouting at me to come back to deactivate. Not to worry. I will never be back!
This Pharamcy is a complete joke, i caught covid and im type 2 diabetic. (Sick as a dog) she answered the phone took all my infromation i gave her my heathcard # told her the meds i take on the phone for over 15 min. I asked for the covid meds bc i have underline health issues and everywhere was sold out at this point. She turned down someone with health conditions. She mention she helps out the store and told me she had the meds. I asked when i can pick it up and she said no im not giving you the meds. This lady really has no heart to have someone suffer when she knows she has the meds that could help. I will call head office and take this further, because now i have the meds went to another store and they told me that lady should of given me the meds. (Wall mart) thumbs up to them. Shame on you, i will never shop at the store again i dont care how good of a sale you have. Id rather pay double the price before i give you guys a red cent. ZERO STARS PERIOD
