Went to this location. Used the self checkout. Wasn't sure if discount was working but also accidentally scanned 2 extra items. Was able to remove one but not the other. Pressed the help button, waited, pressed again waited pressed again. Finally an associate came by. No hello or how can I help. Just "you have to press checkout". Which i said no, need to remove an extra item. As if I'm ruining the morning for this person, they had to get a card to correct. Then my points card was not working. Associate came back pressed next button and still didn't work. Was told "well you can use the other machine or go to the counter. Went to the counter. Waited my turn, everything scanned through no problem. Asked the previous customer a bag but didn't ask me. Asked if I wanted my receipt which I got. Then moved on to the next customer. I apologized for bothering her asking for help and then her reply " have nice day". Rexall if you want customers, treat them better.
Everyone at the pharmacy remember you and treat you personally. You can see they make everyone feel special. The front staff always greet you and ask if they can help you find anything. Whenever I have a question about which aisle something is in they offer to show me and walk to it rather than just pointing. Very few retail or service provide the honest enthusiasm they do there anymore. Wouldn't charge pharmacy for anything thing.
Best pharmacy in Barrie. The pharmacists go above and beyond for my family, especially for my T1D / ADHD son. Even if we moved out of Barrie this would still be my pharmacy! ❤️
I just had a disrespectful experience with the pharmacist Ed. Not only did he refuse to serve me, but he was making undermining comments the whole time.
Hi googlers, I don't typically shop at rexall. My wife on the other hand uses the pharmacy for her needs. So im at rexall filling prescriptions for her we had a baby on the 20 Mar 2023. The prescription had a few over the counter items. Which the pharmacy gathered and filled the prescription. One item was restoralax priced 36.99$. I was advised that one item on the prescription couldn't be filled by the pharmacy and advised that the pharmacy at rvh would be able to make it. Went there to fill the prescription. First item I noticed was this restoralax. That pharmacy sold it for 19.99$ I can appreciate that this is a new building and they've incurred some costs building it. But double the regular price! I will never make another purchase from rexall again. I don't appreciate being completely fleeced for a product. Especially health and wellness. It's not a luxury an item that was wanted it is genuinely needed and to be gouged in a time of need is completely unforgivable
Worst customer service at the pharmacy. Staff was rude, no greeting and barked at me asking for health card when I went for a COVID booster. It was like I was inconveniencing her. Will never buy anything from this location and wouldn’t t trust them to get prescriptions correct.
This place got bad. I feel bad for other customers who come across Alison from the pharmacy counter she’s got a real big attitude problem. She’s already drove a few people away I know and now me. Getting a prescription shouldn’t be a big interrogation battle all because the pharmacy makes a mistake on there end. Oh well I guess you guys just lost another customer. See ya.
