Barb was a fantastic help and I walked us through everything we needed to know when we were quite confused. Thanks barb! However the young lady with purple hair was extremely rude and unhelpful and seemed very annoyed with me asking questions and was very dismissive to me which was quite upsetting. So much so another customer behind me made a comment on how rude she was.
The lady that helped us was super fantastic. I've never been here and was way out of my element, but she took her time and helped me so much! My project turned out perfect!
For people that sow Fabricland is a great place to go they always have innovated products and fabrics and so much more they also have customers loyalty discount privileges that are an extra bonus I enjoy shopping at Fabricland they alway have what I look for the staff is friendly helpful and courteous.
I visit Fabricland for certain items that I use for other hobbies, and am always delighted at the selection and price, and find some other stuff as well. Staff here are a little quirky, but in a good way. They are always very helpful, and patient with people like me that don't know the name of certain fabrics and supplies!
This store was staffed well with loads of fabric options. Currently there are many holiday sales which is perfect if you have any projects you plan to complete over the holidays. My only issue was the store was a touch hard to navigate but they have such a huge selection I am not sure this can be helped.
Good selection but why are the staff always grumpy? It can be hard to find what you are looking for, but I don't like asking for help because of grumpy staff.
Went in had no clue what I needed then I met Susan. Susan knows her stuff, she was very helpful explaining to me the difference in what we needed. Susan thank you for being very kind and helpful to someone who did not have a clue
