Staff is very friendly and very helpful everytime I go in wich is very hard to find nowadays. I purchase all my cub cadet parts here they always seem to have parts when noone else has them in stock they are also very efficient with helping you find part numbers or the parts you need, definitely worth my drive from angus for parts when I need them.
Had a great experience here. Larry was a great salesperson to deal with. Even though I ended up purchasing a used tractor elsewhere, I would trust this dealership based on my experience.
Bought a brand new small front end loader with rear snow blower attachment a few weeks ago. We used it once before a part went and we couldn't use the snow blower attachment. Despite living down the road, nobody was willing to come look at the problem. We had to order a part elsewhere and have it installed and still haven't heard back from Richards Equipment or the parts dept. Great at selling terrible at warranty and customer service.
I wrote a review a couple days ago that I had to remove because I was wrong. My calculations were off. The owner called me and she tried her best with me to make me understand everything but I have to say I'm bull headed and wouldn't listen, even though in the end i was the one who was wrong. I appreciate the fact that the owner actually contacts you directly and tries to explain things. I still stand by my comments about Kevin though.
If you are looking for a lawn equipment to farm equipment. These guys need to be your go to. The family run business as looked after me very well. I appreciate the sale process to the after service I have received.
I took my wee fella here this morning to see the tractors as he is obsessed! They were so friendly and he even left with a tiny tractor! If you need a tractor, parts, or service I would say this is the place!!
Larry, Stuart and the rest of the team do a great job looking after me. I'm a new customer and recently had an unexpected issue with the snow blower I purchased, leaving it unusable. Stuart took my call, sourced the needed part for the next day, and sent a technician to my house to fix the problem. Even better than that, he sent their tractor to my house(I live relatively close) to finish clearing the snow from my driveway... WOW!! I didn't ask for this, he just did it. Having been in customer service my whole career, I can tell you, finding this kind of natural talent is hard! Great Job guys, and THANK YOU!!
