Pathetic!! Waited five minutes at the counter for anyone to even acknowledge me (I was the only person in line). It’s Whopper Wednesday, so I thought I’d get the Whopper Combo. I was told my wait was going to be 15 to 20 minutes. I used to manage a Burger King. If I couldn’t get a Whopper Combo together in under 3 minutes, my regional manager would have fired me on the spot. I can make an entire meal at home in 20 minutes. Why would I wait 20 minutes for fast food (if you can call it fast) when I could make a steak dinner in 15 minutes.
BLACK GUY SERVING ON THURSDAY, around 7:45 on December,4,2025. He was very rude when I ask about my order after a wait of 20 mins, burger king should take serious action among this kind of behaviour so that they will not ruined their repotation.
This is one of the worst locations I have ever been to, you can order ahead of time all you want the order is never close to being ready when you get there, they are ignorant and they will let you stand there for 10 minutes or more before even acknowledging you. The food is horrible when you get it, the burgers are cold ketchup and mayo all over the bun with 3 pieces of lettuce and 15 pieces of pickle and 1 piece of onion, and the bun was about a week old - stale and dry. it doesn't matter what you tell them they just stand there and stare at you without and answer or if they do decide to answer they are rude and very dismissive about the food - this sort of service is NOT acceptable for a large company like this when we are paying $15.00 to $20.00 just for a combo.
Went with my wife at 12:30 and tryed ordering the new Garlic Parm whopper with a blood orange lemonade. I had the guy on the other end try selling me something different then what I tryed ordering. When I finally got the guy to listen to what I was saying I had already spent 10-15 minutes of my time explaining what I wanted. Then when I got both my burgers the fries had little to no salt on them and the new burger wasn't what it was advertised. It was an absolute waste of money, there was no garlic or parmesan taste to it and looked like it was toosted together by a 5 year old
The burgers are good, but the fries are often not fresh. When requested for fresh fries, they simply reheat the same ones in oil. This approach might underestimate customers’ awareness, but it ultimately leads to losing them.
Asked for special order whopper, got a normal one, asked for sprite, it was soda water, asked for condiments in the bag, got none, absolutely terrible service
Drive thru ALWAYS gets parked. No where to conveniently park. Wait on fries 20 + minutes seems a bit extreme. App not up to date with current offerings.
