The website would not allow delivery option so I called. For next day delivery. They charged me same day because they didn’t process my billing until day I requested delivery. I have called and left messages with no response. And head office told me to deal with the barrie location. To top it off. The item was for daughter grad and the 2025 was actually 2055. They used a 5 and put it upside down !!! Quality not there anymore. And customer service sucks !!!! Not impressed
My sister called in the morning of my daughter’s birthday hoping they would be able to make a birthday arrangement for her. They were able to fill the order within a few hours and it was ready when we picked it up. They even stayed open longer than they were going to be originally so that we could still pick up. It looked very nice and the fruit was fresh. Would order from this location again!
Have sent out many arrangements and received my first one from this location which was horrible, called immediately to let them know all the fruits were rotten, left a message to try and rectify before I gave a bad review, no call back, called once more to give them a chance to correct this , told them to have the owner call me back, waited 3 weeks and nothing so here it is. Poor quality to say the least and less than acceptable costumer service. You have lost a long term client.
My boyfriend ordered me what should have been a beautiful bouquet of flowers to welcome me home from a trip and instead I got a dead wilted bouquet. Was told upon calling that nothing could be done for me. Also delivered in an alternate vase then what was selected and purchased on the website. I would avoid ordering from these guys!

I ordered from this location yesterday for my beautiful Aunt’s birthday and it was delivered as promised. It looks nice and she liked it. The other reviews had me a bit nervous and I did experience problems with the location near where I live. This store did not disappoint. Thank you very much. Great job!
