I went to Kristi after a close friend of mine recommended her to me as she’s been going to her for years, and I can’t say enough good things about her or the experience I had with her. My hair went from being all one length to a very choppy, layered, completely opposite haircut and style. Kristi explained every step of the way what she was doing and how I could style it in different ways on my own and answered all of my questions completely. I can not praise her enough and I will definitely recommend her to anyone who asks.
I can’t say enough good things about this salon. Amber always delivers exactly what I ask for and somehow manages to make it even better. She’ll suggest alternatives that not only save me money but also leave me with results I love even more than I expected. Sara works with my youngest daughter, who has high anxiety, and she is incredible with her. She keeps her calm, engaged, and comfortable the entire time, which is no small task. The whole team goes above and beyond, and I truly cannot recommend this salon enough!

Three years ago, I called Chatters after work and was praying that Bryan or Kiersten had an opening. I had one of those days where I just needed immediate hair therapy. Bryan and Kiersten were both fully booked and highly recommended Lisa. Initially hesitant to go with a different stylist (silly but true), I sat in Lisa’s chair and she’s been my stylist and colourist eversince. I love her precision and that she knows her stuff but most of all, I love that she knows my hair better than I know it. In fact, she was pretty much in-charge from the day she started cutting and colouring my hair. I’ve been pretty lucky. Couldn’t live without my Lisa or my Chatters. Thanks guys!
All the staff at Chatter's Bayfield location are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been coming to this location for years and although everyone is amazing and makes you feel very welcome and at home - Kiersten has always gone above and beyond and made me feel and look beautiful! If you are lucky... and she has time you may even experience one of her signature scalp massages!
Incapable of cutting men's hair; a terrible experience. Actually asked the "stylist" to just stop, as I wanted enough hair left for somebody else to fix. An utter disaster of a haircut.
