I was ordered one fried rice to go and the portion is way too much for one person. Perfectly marinated, rice is fluffy, not too dry or too oily. There is cheap public parking next to the restaurant. Family own business so you not gonna get a fancy restaurant but friendly services. I will come back another day for lunch.
Place is very quaint. Service was good and fast, very friendly staff. We got the spicy green beans, sweet and sour chicken, beef chow main, corn soup and black pepper beef. Everything had great flavour. Big portions, great for sharing or for next day lunch leftovers.

We ordered lamb skewers, stir-fried beef with scallions, spicy lamb tripe, and their signature Big Plate Chicken — everything was absolutely delicious! ? The lamb skewers were smoky and juicy, the lamb tripe was packed with flavor and spice, and the Big Plate Chicken came with rich sauce and tender meat. Every dish tasted authentic and full of Xinjiang-style aroma. The restaurant itself was clean, cozy, and the staff were very friendly. It’s honestly a hidden gem in Barrie — hard to find such authentic Halal Xinjiang cuisine outside of Toronto! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in town. Perfect spot for a hearty and satisfying meal after a day by the lake. ??
Highly recommend checking this place out! The food was fresh and tasty. We tried a few different dishes and they were all packed with flavor and tasty.
A quick stop for some uygure food. We're not sure if this is the chain restaurant from Toronto. The selection of uygure dishes is limited. They include more typical Canadian Chinese dishes. We ordered some featured uygure dishes. It's satisfactory and filling but not too impressive. A side note - the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. We parked beside the restaurant. There are quite a few homeless people around. Don't know if this is a regular thing or just one time. Park with caution.
This place is authentic! Everything was so tasty and freshly made. Finally GREAT Chinese food in Barrie. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing food!
Never ever again. I ordered a few dishes for my family through Uber eats and one of the dishes was delivered without its main ingredient - meat. After the missing I called the restaurant. They offered me 2 solutions to resolve this issue: take this dish for free with the next order or make another order for something cheap and get that dish with together ( to pay Uber eats service fee again). So, basically they refused to send a new dish( meat) at their expense. And as the result one of the family members was left hungry.
