got in a accident and the service team were amazing. i delt with Adam most of the time but the level of service and care they showed me makes me want to share this. even when a part was hard to get i helped locate it because we all know how busy a motorcycle service dept can get in the riding season. i would highly recommend the service team and mechanics here anytime.
Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who presented various options to me and then moved full speed ahead once I made my decision. They even quickly met my last minute request to purchase and install a drivers backrest. It’s the 3rd Harley I purchased from Barrie Harley-Davidson and I wouldn't shop elsewhere!
A big shout out to Miles as he is definitely a legend for getting my bike going after I broke my drive belt in a timely manner! He knew I have a big ride coming up and got my bike turned around so quick!!! He is very attentive and makes sure the service is quick and within budget! I can't say enough about the team at Barrie HD. I recently purchased a previously enjoyed bike from them. I dealt with Mark who was great to deal with. About a week after I picked it up, I ended up on the side of the road..... Made the call to Barrie HD and Miles was so accommodating. Less than half an hour later, my bike was loaded up in their trailer, and I was on my way to the shop. Not only did they offer to work late to try and get me on the road, but they were also willing to give me a lift home, a 45 minute drive. Kyle was very friendly and even kept me laughing on the drive back to the dealership. Karisa even stayed late while girlfriend tried on clothes. My Bike was fixed free of charge, and all was good. Great staff at this dealership. Thanks again guys!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful Brianna was during my visit to the service department. She was knowledgeable, quick, and easy to talk to. This was my first visit as we’d recently moved to the area, but it surely won’t be my last! I take pride in having my bike well taken care of, and I know it will with Brianna the Barrie service team.
