Beyond the unquestionable knowledge they have on products, they solved every problem I faced when it came to installation and coverage in my house. Weak wifi, no problem. Running cables in awkward places, not an issue. The service and suggestions they made were top notch. Friendly and accommodating to say the least. Fair pricing and completed jobs quickly. ?????
Matt and Alan were very helpful in setting up my new Home Theater. The system is fantastic and their product knowledge on what units to pair together and which cables to use not only gave me a top of the line system but great value. Highly recommended.
Pros Pros!!! To say these guys know what their talking about is an understatement. I dealt with two employees and both were outstanding. There was zero BS, everything they said, they did. They explained everything to the utmost detail and left nothing to question. This is exactly what I wish I had found years ago but it was worth the wait. I will never go anywhere else again for all my AV needs whether it be system set-up or purchasing equipment for any level of home theatre needs! EQ Audio Video The challenge would be to build Music system with a modest budget that would keep me engaged and perform like a champ. I wanted to rediscover my large collection of CD's, Vinyl and and also the music on my Computer. A friend of mine recommended EQ Audio. Contacted ED and discussed the performance and features my system would require. Ed put together a list of components that would integrate well with each other and were within my budget. He strongly recommended particular components that were best suited for my needs. Professional insight can go a long way to prevent a swing and a miss. I went with Ed's recommendations and Wow! The sound is amazing. ..everything I was hoping for. First time up to bat for me and EQ hit a home run. I can confidently recommend EQ Audio Video...there up to the challenge.
