Overall the food is quality great, but nearly every sushi roll we tried fell apart. The sushi needs to be packed better! We also had to re-order quite a few items (Probably 5 or 6) that never arrived in our first order.
Had a great time there! The food was really good, and since we love Asian food, we always grab a little bit of everything. It’s one of our go-to spots whenever we crave sushi in Barrie. Always a solid experience and totally worth it!
The food here is consistently great — especially impressive for an AYCE restaurant. The quality and freshness really stand out, and even when certain items are missing, the staff are usually quick to prepare them upon request. My only disappointment is around how dietary restrictions are handled. They don’t seem very accommodating, and the staff can come across as skeptical or questioning when you mention specific dietary needs. It would make the experience much more comfortable if they approached such requests with a bit more understanding and care.
Pretty good AYCE sushi. Sometimes when they get so busy and idk if they’re short staffed but they can take a little bit long to bring you some items that you ordered.
Love this place! It’s our favourite sushi restaurant in Barrie. The staff is so friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. The prices are also very reasonable!
Absolutely incredible. The sushi here is delicious and seriously the best I have ever tasted and I'm a huge foodie and eaten all over the uk, france, Italy, Madrid, Ontario and America. I highly recommend the garlic beef, mushrooms, spicy crab rolls, avocado rolls, soft shell crab, any of the tempura, samishi is just fantastic, beautifully cut and fresh. I can't praise this place highly enough.
Very disgusting place .. found worms in my sushi and told manager girl that had extreme attitude and told me it’s normal…. WHAT!! She was so rude I think she’s the owner or something .. DONT GO HERE OR YOU WILL GET SICK
