I purchased a wedding gown online. When I received the gown it was nothing like what I had ordered and wasn't even close to fitting. I took the gown to Wright Cleaners and the seamstress went out of her way to try and make it work for me. Somehow she creatively made it fit and took care of all of my family as well. She made a bad situation work and with grace and patience. I would just like to thank her for being so good to me and my family. Best alterations place ever.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I had dropped my clothes off in the washer at 9:30 (they close at 11) and was going to pick them up at 10:30 and dry them at home as my washer was broken. When I returned at 10:25 the doors were locked with my laundry inside. The lights and the open sign on I figured someone would have to come by to turn all that off as well so I waited until 11 hoping that someone would let me in just to grab my stuff, to find out that all of that is on a timer. So, after a half an hour of banging on the windows and repetitive calling I just went home. Let me just add that I chose to do all my laundry, all my clothes and bed sheets. I returned the next morning at 7:30, when the first employee would arrive so I could at the very least get my $12 back and my laundry. They did nothing to compinsate and didnt refund me anything. Its clear that they dont value their customers and Ive never been so disappointed. Its a laundromat, its pretty hard to mess something like that up. So now Im in dirty clothes, with smelly wet clothes at home, Im out $12, and will have to rewash them all tonight.
I have been a customer of Wright Cleaners for many years. I have always been happy with the results of their cleaning. I have taken some very difficult pieces in to be cleaned and they have always come back looking fantastic. The front counter staff have always been helpful and friendly. They have kept me informed of the coupons and discounts and where to find them. They made sure that I knew about the one day sale they have in February, which day they were having it and how much the discount was going to be. The staff and location are always clean and professional. I have also used the self serve facilities at the Cundles location. The machines are very up to date and clean. I am not afraid to put any of my clothing in them. It takes $6.00 for each machine but that machine holds 3 loads of laundry. It was great for my king size duvet and I have also washed sleeping bags in them. These are items that I would never put in a regular machine at home. I am a very proud customer of Wright Cleaners and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
It's currently 10:45 pm Tuesday and the door is locked even though the open sign is lit and the hours indicate the 'laundromat' (1 washer that costs 6 bucks and 2 dryers that only run for 3 min for 25 cents)closes at 11 pm. My clothes are sitting inside in the dryers. Not sure if someone had to lock the door or if it's automatic but I am extremely annoyed.
