Had an AMAZING experience recently at Lexus of Barrie. I had been hunting for a car of my dreams for a while, and was losing hope because the factories were winding down production as 2025 was going to be its last model year, until one fateful evening that I saw it being listed on Lexus of Barrie’s inventory! I had the pleasure of being connected to Fernando, who provided exceptional guidance throughout the process. His professionalism, honesty, and commitment to understanding my needs ensured that I was able to secure the car (the best version of it!) that I have been chasing 4 years for. What makes Fernando different from a lot of other salespeople is that he’s more than just a Product Advisor, he treats you like his friend. Equally commendable was the support from Kevin, their finance manager. Kevin streamlined most of the paper work for the purchase, explained all details with clarity, and made the signing process seamless. Not to mention he went out of his way to prepare documents for me to provide to insurance, ensuring delivery to be done on schedule. His professionalism and efficiency resulted in a completely stress-free purchasing experience. Based on my experience speaking with everyone I encountered at the dealership, I get the feel that they care about their clients, and are also genuinely happy for us when they see our excitement. Attempted to book an appointment and was told they are scheduling a month in advance. I then called Lexus of Vaughan and received excellent service on the phone, where I was informed that the 1600km service I was trying to book could be combined with the 8k service, so I wouldn’t need to drive from Barrie just for the 1600km service. The Barrie dealership could have shared that information with me, but chose not to. From now on, I will be driving to Vaughan for service!

Hany was very thorough and cooperative in reviewing the used vehicle with me. I was impressed with the level of service (changed brakes) and their ability to remove scratches. The detailing of the vehicle was top notch. Easy people to work with.
My wife Deb and I were recently travelling north from Toronto to Parry Sound when we discovered 20 minutes north of Barrie that our car console had overheated. The ice water in our thermoses had melted and the inside walls of the console were hot. Deb immediately googled 'Lexus' dealerships and discovered that our only option was to turnaround and head for Barrie Lexus. We arrived 10 minutes before the dealership closed and were welcomed as though royalty. The service person we met with, Steven, examined our car and shared our concern about the overheated console. Between he and his fellow staff, a rental car was arranged and we were back on the road again within 30 minutes, assured our Lexus RX350 was undergo a thorough examination of what the heat source might be, 48 hours later they called and said that despite a thorough overview of the electrical together with intermittent running of the car - in the repair shop and on the road - that they were unable to replicate the issue we had experienced. That said, they took the time to provide a detailed examination of the issue and of their 'diagnostic' work were the issue to reoccur. And the cost for their work including the car rental? $0. It emphasized for us that the first thing one relies on in purchasing a new vehicle are reliable, thorough, and honest service people who can be counted on when the car breaks down. Deb and I can vouch that the Lexus dealership in Barrie has such personnel that we would enthusiastically recommend to anyone looking not only for a good vehicle but the service people to back it up.
Update - Just refreshed our vehicle with a new 2022 RX 350 - we love this SUV so much. Cathy was so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable, as always. And Kevin was able to pull together the financing package very quickly. Thanks to both of you! Just picked up our new 2020 RX 350 - 24-hour turnaround for me, as a six-time client of Lexus! Cathy Burton was once again, calm, cool and collected as she pulled together everything I needed to be able to drive off the lot in a gorgeous car - the features in this model are amazing - the heads-up touch screen, Lexus Enform connection with my smart phone, all the technology you need to drive safely and happily. Cathy Burton is an awesome Product Representative to deal with - she responded to the fact that I am a four-time lease customer of Lexus RX vehicles (now Five!) and was very efficient about obtaining a new RX 350 for me. No fuss, just a great deal, excellent rate and quick turnaround. Very helpful. Kevin Higginson, the Finance Manager, explained the contract in a way that simplified everything (I really understood the numbers after he took me through them). Both are professional, positive and Cathy even moved the licence plates herself - nice work! Thanks so much for a five-star experience.
