Just ready to pack my suitcase and saw that the zipper that licks the suitcase was gone. I called the Bentley store at the Georgian Mall in Barrie and talked to Megan. She told me to bring it in and she would see if she could help. When I got there with the suitcase she thought how she could fix it as we are leaving in two days, she had one off another case and though it didn’t match totally it was a fix. She got out her handy tool kit, fixed it and made sure it locked. WOW customer service, that is why you need to shop at a store that knows how to deal with one product. Thanks Megan
I was served by Bryson last Sunday and was so pleased with the service. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He spent a great deal of time with me and I appreciate his attention. I returned the suitcase I had already bought at another store after I bought one from him. He even helped two other customers and sold them luggage while helping me. I have let the store manager know about the excellent service and tried 3xs to send the district manager an email saying how pleased I was. The manager gave me an email for Kat that isn't working so hopefully she see this as I have tried 3xs to reach her. Bryson is an asset to the company and I hope he is acknowledged. I love my new suitcase and hope it will serve me just as well in my travels. Thanks.
We went to buy adapters and voltage adapters for trip to Europe..we were ASSURED REPEATEDLY what this man was selling us at his recommendation was an all in one..that's all they had in stock. It's an hours drive away. I got home and in tiny print on the side it says this is not a voltage adapter. So there goes a third tank of gas and another day. They treated us like...oh well??!! So what?. We took our entire purchase back. I'd give them zero stars if I could. The lack of care..the I dont give a crap..or sleazy salesmanship was unbelievable. And they were way overpriced...it was convenient at the time. Returning them after being promised it was correct is not convenient.
Lovely experience this morning! My partner and I came in today and bought matching Westmount carry-ons! Megan the store manager was amazing from start to finish! She even helped us pick out a very nice Addidas backpack, Tracker carry wallet that I can use while site seeing, and lastly a hand held fan! We wouldn’t have found all these great additions without her help! 1 stop shop for all we needed for our trip! Thank you for taking care of us!
Update: March 26th I contacted management of the store and they were very helpful in resolving my complaint. I stand corrected. They do stand behind their products! They will keep me as a customer. Thank you! March 22nd Bentley's doesn't stand behind their product! Bought an expensive leather handbag from this store. Within 5 months the leather of the handbag is worn-out. According to them they can't do anything because there is no warranty and no other customer has complained. They're not standing behind their product and just lost a longtime customer.
Poor customer service and poor quality luggage. Luggage is an Investment that is expected to last. Purchased a Samsonite luggage set from the Bentley in Georgian mall, in under a month had issues with the extended zippers falling off. Contacted the store who said it was not under warranty. I purchased a 10 year warranty with the luggage set. Will never buy from Bentley again.
This is the ONLY place I got for wallets, umbrellas, and luggage! Staff are always smiling, and happy to help! Won't go anywhere else for what I need :)
