I have been here many times, as a senior with no doctor. This clinic is the best in terms of friendliness, kindness, service and care. While the waits can be long as with most walk in clinics the personal treatment is exemplary.
I had a really bad experience in the clinic. The doctor he don't know anything. I think he is proscribing meds through checking in google. He doesn't know anything.
So fast…. Got there 15 mins before open time. Huge lineup. I was probably 15-20 in line. Was seen by a doctor within 25 mins….. listened to my issue, prescription was sent next door right away. The kindness from the pharmacy was top notch. The man came outside to help when I dropped my phone under a truck. The lady was quick and English was perfect. Very kind and understanding staff. If I had to find a complaint…. I was told 10 mins for my script to be ready but it took 30 mins. The customer care supersedes the time waiting for the script. Thank you for your help today and hopefully my sinusitis is cleared up asap! This is the kind of environment I expect from a clinic run by only immigrants. I am so grateful that we have hardworking and English speaking people coming here to help our economy.
For such a packed clinic the line moves fairly quickly. The dr has never been wrong and has good bedside manner. (For my family anyway) reception is swamped and overwhelmed but they were polite (you get what you give) Would recommend
Hours not accurate. We arrived at 6:30pm and were told the doctors had already left for the day. we also called before going there twice and no one answered the phone but there were two ladies sitting there chatting away when we got there.
Editing my review from one star to 5 star because after deciding to come back I found that I really like the doctors here and the wait times are usually not too bad. I will leave my old review below just so nobody else makes the same mistake I did… SIT CLOSE TO FRONT DESK AND PAY ATTENTION! Doctor calls your name from the back hall and waiting room wraps around a wall. I didn’t hear my name called and noticed the man sitting next to me that signed in at the same time got called in and then a couple other patients after me got called in. I thought they might’ve mixed up the order so I waited a bit then went to go check with the desk. She told me my name was called three times and now my only option was to be put to the bottom of the list. It would have been appreciated considering I am sick, congested and obviously not hearing well to have been put back in as the next patient but that’s not how it works. C’est la vie I suppose.
Now THIS is how a walk in should be. Amazing doctor, amazing receptionist, amazing pharmacist. It was full. The receptionist gave me an estimated waiting time of 40min to an hour. 52 minutes I waited. By the way she's very nice and professional. Usually receptionists (including my own family Dr 'receptionist) are rude but this one is great! The doctor doesn't waste time in unnecessary conversations. He goes straight to the point and as he's giving recommendations, he sends the prescription to the pharmacy. Very good service! Oh and there's free parking in the front. 5+
