Very poor service department. I had a recall from CFmoto but had little to no response from the service department (Mark Belisle) regarding some easy question about how long it would take to complete the recall. Mike and the previous service advisor were always great to deal with. Moving forward I will take my business elsewhere.
Recently brought a Triumph speed 400 from Maxxim Motorsports- Barrie. It was a pleasure to deal with Sales Manager Mike Morr who made sure the entire process was good and smooth. Really Happy with the bike too.
Mike was very helpful with my recent purchase of an atv. He made it very easy throughout the whole process. From initial contact to sale, he was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner, have the machine looked over and in top running order, had it available for pickup rather quickly and was able to go above and beyond for me even after the sale. You can really tell he and this company care about their customers and try to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase. I will be taking my machine in for service soon and look forward to dealing with him again. The whole process was smooth, and the price/deals are great here. My wife and I will be coming here first for any future purchases since the people and the products are great and they truly care. Thanks Mike!
Just had service done on tires at Maxim Motorsport. They worked all day to sort out an issue with the tires. Great customer service by Mark and the mechanics there to sort everything out. If you own a Triumph I would highly recommend you go there for great old fashioned customer service.
Buddy paid for an extended warranty but maxxim people making him do own work on part they messed up and it's not even months old yet and I think the other reviews are paid to be positive
Great staff. They really know their stuff and their customer service is second to none. The Beta bikes are amazing machines and are SO fun to ride. I don't know much about the CFMoto machines but they look AMAZING.
