The escape room experience was cute. Staff were helpful. Location waa under renovation though and it really killed the vibe and atmosphere for me
Poor service. We had a reservation, but when we arrived, there were no staff visible. We waited a few minutes before any employee showed up. We said we had a reservation, and she then asked us to wait. Two more staff appeared, who ignored us. The first employee returned, and the three of them socialized for several minutes. I had to remind them again of our reservation before one of them went to set up our room and let us get started. The escape room experience was fun and challenging (Zanzibar) but not great for kids (9 and 13), who didn't feel that they had a lot to do, the puzzles were too hard for them. The experience was also quite noisy as the place got busier and bells and alarms were regularly going off.
Awesome place! The escape rooms are very well done and challenging. The restaurant/gameroom was under construction, but it looks like it is going to be great once fully finished!
It was under construction when a few of us went but it was by far the most fun Ive had in a long time, everyone should do escape rooms :)
Was more fun the first time we went. Puzzles seemed unrelated to the room or what was offered this time. Both groups found it more frustrating than fun this time.
