I had such a great experience at the Torrid store! The customer service was truly excellent. I came in needing to exchange two bras, one of which I had already worn for a day but realized it just didn’t fit right. The staff were incredibly understanding and helpful — they didn’t hesitate to help me find the right size and style, and allowed me to exchange both bras without any hassle. It’s so refreshing to shop somewhere that genuinely cares about their customers’ comfort and satisfaction. Thank you, Torrid, for making the process so easy and stress-free!
Three times now I have placed orders for store pick up and they just get cancelled for no reason only for me to go into the store a few hours later or the day after and lo and behold the item is in fact in stock. I will drive the 40 minutes out of my way to go to the Torrid in the Upper Canada Mall instead of the 5 minutes to this one from here on out. Additional information: Because -they- cancelled my order I lost not only my Torrid Cash on the last day of redemption that I used to order the item, but also my $20 Reward Cash rebate I had earned and applied.
Nobody greeted me. Both ladies were behind the register and didn’t offer any help. Super sad to give this store this rating, but it is well deserved. Torrid, find employees who have a passion for customer service. The date I was in was 04/05/25. From 12-2.
Honestly this store is so disappointing not a plus sized girl but my breasts are very large meaning this is the only place that has bras that perfectly fit me . I came in and no one greeted me and when I did ask for help they didn’t answer want to help me at all and were extremely rude. When plus sized women go into other stores they are never judged so I think you guys should work on not judging women that don’t fit into the clothing but fit in the bars. Discusting the way we were treated you should help anyone that comes into the store no matter what their size.

Was shopping today in the store and the staff was great and caring. They checked on me without hounding me..this is very important. I would have gave five stars but I can't help but notice th revolving door of staff.this makes me thing it's the head office or senior management that has the issues not the staff. It would be nice to go in and build relationships with the store..this makes for more loyalty...
Update, December 2022: Still excellent! The prices are unfortunately incredibly high, but their clearance rack, haute cash weeks, and 10% discount receipts help with that significantly. Especially with BOGO clearance on some occasions! I can't speak well enough of the staff here. You can't enter this store without a cheerful hello. They are all very friendly women who will give honest and friendly advice about all the clothes in their store and everyone trying something on. Their enjoyment is contagious, and ok several occasions here I have begun to talk to several strangers in the dressing rooms, about what they were wearing or what I was. In no other store have I felt as comfortable with myself, my body, or what I was purchasing, as I do here.
