We've been working with EmbroidMe or Fully promoted for 5 years now. We're a small home inspection company based out of Barrie and have extremely small order sizes. Most of the other companies in Barrie had a ridiculous minimum order size that was not realistic. Laura has always taken really good care of us. We had an issue recently where we ordered the exact same work shirts we ordered 5 years ago however the supplier changed their specifications and they were delivered WAY BIGGER than before. We could not wear them and look professional. The supplier was not willing to do anything for us however Laura offered to order new shirts for us at no cost to us!!! What amazing customer service. It wasn't our fault that they changed the specifications on the shirts but it certainly wasn't her fault and she ate the cost in the name of AMAZING customer service. If you're looking for any promotional work wear that is backed by AMAZING customer service than look no further. We were sold on day 1 but now they have a life long supplier. THANKS LAURA :)
I wanted to get some patches made and Embroidme Barrie was the right choice. The price was right and on top of that I received excellent friendly service. Tracy and her crew kept me up to date with my order. The patches were ready faster than I thought and everyone who got a patch loved them , and so did I . I will definitely have Embroidme Barrie do my next lot of patches.
Initially I was excited to work with this company in outfitting my 8 staff members in new uniforms. However, when the product came in and did not look anything like it did in the catalogue I was told by the representative that "this is the reason we do not like working with small companies, they are more trouble than they are worth". I was shocked by the response and disgusted by their extremely poor and condescending attitude towards smaller companies.
They are great and easy to deal with. No matter what quantity of embroidered shirts we need for our uniforms, they take care of it quickly. I highly recommend them.
