As a runner, it’s crazy how long you can train in a certain running shoe before you’re told they’re not the right style for you. Dylan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick the best shoe for my feet!! Thank you Dylan!!
Went in looking for a specific type of shoe; while I was limited in colour, there wasn't a large selection. The manager/owner passively deferred me to a sales associate instead of helping me or giving any direction. When I asked about alternative products they offer in their store, they weren't overly helpful.
I meet up with a group that runs on Sundays at 8:30am at the Running Room. Its a friendly, welcoming group and there are sub groups of different paces and distances to join depending on your fitness goals.
