I just had to share how absolutely thrilled I am with the service from All About Sewing! I purchased my MN 1000 elsewhere, and unfortunately, that shop closed down — leaving me in the lurch for over two years with no one to service my machine. Then I stumbled upon All About Sewing, and wow… they absolutely ROCKED IT. ? After having my embroidery machine serviced at All About Sewing, I’ve been using my machine for about two hours tonight, and oh my goodness — it’s working better than it EVER has. Not even when it was brand new did it perform this well! I can’t thank you both enough for getting my machine running like a dream. Your hard work, dedication, and expertise are truly appreciated. I went to have m sewing machine serviced. The owner looked at my machine. He said it was very old and not worth much. I was insulted. It still works. He said it would take about 3 weeks to get to it and would cost about $250. He spoke in such a condescending manner that I was shaking. I had gone in with the intention of it couldn’t be repaired I would buy a new one. I definitely won’t give him my business.
Best selection of embroidery threads so nice to go into a store where it is all in front of you instead of ordering off Amazon ! Such high quality threads as well
UPDATE: Following this review, I received a call from the owner who apologized for the lack of service. They promptly proceeded in coordinating a return of the items and issued a refund. I ordered a few items online in early February. After a couple of weeks, I still hadn’t received my order. I emailed and phoned the store but didn’t get through to anyone. I didn’t even get a message that my order would take longer than expected or that my items were not in stock. Finally, I placed a complaint with my bank and that is the only reason I received my order 65 days after I placed it. I wasn’t even given the option to cancel! And now that I’ve received it, I want to return it because the store took so long, I no longer need those items—and the store doesn’t take returns! An all around frustrating experience.
A hidden gem of a quilt shop!! I just found this store and was shocked at how big it was and what a great selection of fabrics they have!! Staff are super friendly!! I will definitely be returning!
Amazing service! I needed my machine fixed asap & I got it done immediately! I also received a lot of feedback and tips that no other technician had ever shared with me, on how to properly take care of my machine. This was a huge bonus to me.
I have known Lloyd for several years and trust no one else to take care of my machines. He has serviced my computerized embroidery machine, my Featherweight and my long arm quilting machine. His work is high quality, fairly priced and turn around time is adhered to. He explains well and listens to your concerns. I have bought a machine from Lloyd and recommended him to three friends who have also bought their machines from him. His new shop is roomy and he is willingly to work with new clients to make it a place where they can go for classes and training and feel comfortable and welcomed.
