A really, really cool thing for the city to do in the winter. There's ice skate rentals on site, and in the weekends the Farmer's Market is inside.

Neat little idea but kinda small for skating

Great little place to visit at Barries City hall. In the winter the circle is made into an outdoor ice rink for people to skate for free. In the summer its a water fountain with a great view of the lake.
