I don't know if they genuinely forgot some of the main ingredients in my order or just don't care. Missing shrimp, zero vegetables . Fresh spring rolls wrapped in cellophane
Please improve the quality of the food. I genuinely love Thai Express and regularly order from locations in Toronto and across the GTA. Unfortunately, the only location we have in Barrie is extremely disappointing, the food quality is consistently poor. I truly hope the owners see this feedback and take steps to bring this location up to the same standard as other Thai Express restaurants. Is it really too much to ask for the same quality customers receive everywhere else?
This is honestly the WORST Thai Express. First of all the man who works in the morning is so unfriendly. Second of all, he misses half the ingredients that are supposed to come in the Pad Thai. Salted radish? Green onions? WHERE? Just disgusting watery noodles with absolutely no flavor, no spice, NOTHING. Doesn’t even put your food in a bag or anything, just tosses the bland noodles over the counter and moves on. Do not waste your money here, i can’t even eat my $20 meal or i think id have food poisoning.
I’m so confused with all the bad reviews here. Usually I am the one having a horrible experience when it comes to food, but can honestly say I have nothing but good things to say! I have had the Tofu Pad See Ew, Tofu Pad Thai and the Tofu Peanut Stir Fry with thin noodles and again with thick noodles and they have all been dynamite, full of flavour and spicy, just how I ordered it…. not to mention served so hot and fresh! The lady behind the counter is so sweet and patient… she is taking orders, whipping up delicious food and queuing other orders to start cooking up. No complaints here, all positive. Thanks for the wonderful experience time and time again! *The “restaurant” is clean as is the food court and I gave the atmosphere 5 stars because of that*
Great customer service and delicious food. I go to Thai express once in a week with my wife . We both love fried rice . This place serve food very fast plus the Food is affordable as well.
Thai express restaurant serves the food very fast and has good quality and tastes delicious. I would recommend to try the chicken fried rice to everyone ❤️
Unfortunately for you I've been to Thailand numerous times...I wasn't expecting that level of authenticity from a food court but seriously!!!!!! Do you even know what pad thai tastes like Or looks like? Worst pile of wet noodles ever. I'm throwing it out and going somewhere else!
