Drove to North of North Bay and back to Tottenham twice in one weekend 1200km in total. This is the best cost effective company to rent with .20c per km compared to 99c from other rental companies. Had zero issues from the get go and really made a big difference since everything else moving houses was stressful. I believe it was Don who was helping me there, very helpful/friendly. 5 stars no question.
Fantastic place, great people, if ever you are confused on what to get, ask them and they will help you find the right fit. I was able to fit a family house in a 16' truck, 2 bedroom and trucks are really clean and well maintained.
I can't say enough about the service team at Enterprise on George Street. I booked the heavy duty cargo van online and I made a reminder in my calendar to call the day before to make sure my reservation was in order but the team at Enterprise beat me to it and called me two days before. They asked some terrific questions about my move and provided great tips on which route would be the least busy and save mileage. Kudos to the Enterprise team for being so friendly, courteous and professional.
We rented a truck from this esatblishment in July of 2022. We can't thank the staff and manager enough for the way they took Care of us. After we loaded the truck, a 20 footer, we headed for our destination. The truck broke down in a part of northern Ont. Luckily we had opted to purchase roadside assistance as It was a long haul. To make this story short roadside didn't seem concerned about us, but I'm sure Entrprise has made known to them, that their customers are always first. We ended up having my niece come pick us up. In the morning we contacted Kelly at Enterprise, she apologized right away with our story, and got a hold of the Manager Tom, they towed the truck back to barrie, and had another truck there, and Tom and Tyler proceeded to hand balm our furniture onto the replacement truck. We cannot thank them enough for turning our situation into a renewing of our faith in choosing this company to move with. Hats off to the crew running Enterprise at this location. The roadside gets a minus 1, but this group at Enterprise gets a 20 plus, out of 10 for their quick response to the problem, the manager and his assistant helping hand balm the truck, and Kelly for supporting our needs. May our Father in Heaven bless this company in abundnce knowing they have gone beyond helping His children and giving them a rate suitable from the situation. Thank you so much God Bless
We moved from Ontario to New Brunswick and received excellent service from everyone especially Tom. They listened to us offered an excellent deal that we know was very fair. We are very happy with them and would recommend this place highly.
Enterprise truck rental was a very positive experience. The equipment was excellent and clean when units picked up. The two vehicles I rented at two different occasions where less then a year old. (16 ft.) units. The staff where very helpful and courteous. The prices quoted for both moves were very competitive. Thank You again for your understanding, assistance and help from your staff.
