I always leave the clinic feeling confident that my dogs are in the best hands. I have complete trust and faith in Dr Singh and the team. Dr Singh is probably the most knowledgeable and thorough vet I have encountered, couple that with his obvious love for the animals and you have an incredible combination! Every team member makes me feel like my dogs are the most important dogs who ever graced their clinic.
I took my cat yesterday as he needed a general check up and to look at some underlying health issues. The moment Dr. Uvi came through the door we were met with a smile and enthusiasm. I told him my concerns for my cat and never once did I feel pressured to do anything. He gave me my options and asked what best suited my needs and my cat's. Their mission is to instil trust and communication with their clients (animal and human), and you can tell that they are true to that mission. I felt heard, validated, and my feelings mattered with how I wanted to proceed. They didn't force my cat to examination as he was uncomfortable and kept hiding. Dr. Uvi let him settle first and continued talking to me, making sure my cat felt a little more at ease. We came to a conclusion of how we wanted to proceed, hearing my thoughts and concerns, which made me feel heard as a pet owner. Never did they push for anything to be done without my consent and hearing how I felt about it. This is how veterinary care should be done, with empathy and communication built between the owner and the doctor, with the positive care given towards our furry babies. Thank you Dr. Uvi and his team for making Ratchet and I feel heard, validated, and important during our visit. We also had the Miso seal of approval at the end of our visit!

From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. What really stood out to me was their no-pressure approach — they took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through all the options, and made sure I understood what was best for my pet without pushing unnecessary treatments. The pricing was transparent and discussed upfront, which I really appreciated. I left feeling informed, supported, and like my pet was truly in good hands. Highly recommend!
We recently join this clinic under very stressful circumstances. It is hands down the BEST vet experience we have had with our 17 year old cat. Swiper can be a challenging patient, but deep down knows he's surrounded by loving humans. At least his parents know that! :) What a blessing to leave feeling encouraged, less stressed and supported by such a great team. Grateful is an understatement. Thank you all!

Vet sounded very scripted at the first check in and tried to upswell their products and services. Very pricey location. Don’t recommend. Not going back.
