I want to say a huge thank you to Gabe.He was very helpful to me and understood exactly why I needed assistance.He told me is mom taught him alot well I totally believe it I am doing so much better since I started the vitamins. I bought a protein from this store and didn't like it, asked for the payment receipt never got one, the guy said if you don't like it just come back and we will exchange it. I went back twice to the store on different days and they were unable to exchange it for me and asked me to come back a week later when their manager is back from vacation. If the manager is going on vacation they should be providing enough training to the staff so that customers won't have to keep coming back to exchange a product. First time coming to the store and won't be returning.
I love shopping at Boss. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and I felt comfortable shopping even as a newbie to fitness. I won’t shop anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!
I have only good things to say about this place! The staff are fantastic. They treat their customers like friends and family! Their knowledge about everything that they sell is 100% on point!
