We visited on a weekend afternoon and there were plenty of boats. The hourly rates on their website were falsely advertised, however, the more frustrating part was that we had to wait more than an hour for a guide even though I have a boating license.
Staff have been amazing and welcoming. Made us feel safe using the jet skis for the first time by giving clear and concise instructions. We will definitely go back.
Unreliable service. Extremely unprofessional. Guaranteed our group multiple times that there would be boat availability for months. And on the day of, cancelled on us. Would not recommend anyone their services. We tried many times to place a deposit down to secure the boat but they rejected every time saying that they always have boats. Then suddenly they said all of their boats are not in the area and left it at that. Crazy service
I would 100% recommend this place. The owner is amazing, so kind and extremely helpful! The rides are all priced amazingly and he helped us determine which ride would be best suitable for a group of 12. This is the only place I recommend, definitely come here and check it out!!! We’ll be back soon just for this!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Barrie Water Sports. We were asked to wait over 2 hours after showing up on time for our booking. To make matters worse, they ended up giving our spot to someone else. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire experience. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone and we ended up taking refund and did not even experience!
Been here couple times good staff and well managed, I always rent the jet ski which is $160 an hour which seemed a little overpriced but after seeing how they how to deal with international visitors it makes sense.
Had such an AMAZING experience here. The staff are truly the kindest people. I rented the jet skis for 1h ($160), and I think they let us stay in the water for more than an hour! 1h is really all you need (my bf and I were so exhausted after we didn't even go to the actual beach to swim). The whole process was super quick, and then they had a quick 3m safety/driving briefing before everyone got on the jets and were out in the waters on their own. This is truly the best deal you can get. No deposit is required. My bf and I had SO much fun, we can't wait to come back next year. My whole body is sore the next day. Hang on for dear life, haha!
