Drove from Toronto because the woman on the phone assured me that they had *DRESSED* lumber but when we got there they only had rough. Waisted a work day because of incompetent workers.

Order some Douglas Fir and Spruce to build a large timber frame shed and fence for a client. From the planning to the ordering stage working with Tom was flawless! He kept in touch with ordering, how the mill process was going and when it came time for delivery everything came on time! I think it's pretty safe to say at least one of your drivers does not double check his load securement before hitting the highway. These were flapping so violently that I can't believe he never heard them or saw them in his mirrors which I'm guessing he doesn't use regularly as there is no way he wouldn't have seen them flapping in the wind. This level of neglect will get someone killed one day and that will be on him and the person who put him behind that wheel. This was hywy 400 south at innisfil around 2:15 pm April 16/25. Hopefully you can find out who it was and teach him how to not put people's lives in danger going forward.
Good company to deal with. I feel like the true unsung heroes are the truck drivers. They load and unload in all types of weather and I've seen drivers Mark and Frank do so with a friendly smile and wave and kind attitude on numerous occasions!
