Food is always inconsistent. Sometimes it is sauced correctly sometimes it is dry and lackluster. They keep changing packaging and have started to use horrible cheap chopsticks recently. The owner seems to be there very often and generally makes the experience far worse.
Absolutely love this place! The noodles are super good fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. The service is fabulous! Even though they’re always busy, the staff keeps us informed about the wait time and stays super friendly throughout. The order taker was really cool and patient, giving us time to pick our favorites, and the overall service feels like a dine-in restaurant experience. The whole team works hard and confidently approaches guests, which is amazing to see. This fast-food restaurant truly has my heart for its cleanliness, service, and delicious food. 6/5 stars for the service alone
Really enjoyed Noodlebox. The staff was friendly, offered suggestions and portions were plentiful. Ordered the ginger beef with noodles as recommended by the crew. I was shocked at how many different fresh vegetables were in the bowl. Also really enjoyed the wagu beef goyaza. Had an issue with my points but was able to contact customer service by email and it was resolved quickly.
I've ordered a GLUTEN FREE meal from this place numerous times they're good but when I request I fried egg as a protein I'm sent a fried egg inna baggy saying it's not gluten free. Why put it as an option? And why still charge me for it when I can't eat it?
I appreciate the girl with short hair who took our order, she was really energetic and was flawless explaining the menu, it was our first time, she recommended genuinely about what is good for our taste buds,i like the way she started with "Is this your first time with us, I'm here to help you, do you guys prefer spice", there I realised this restaurant takes time to understand guest and serve them the best. With no hesitation I went with her recommended, crispy Shanghai, it was amazing. She should be given raise. Her way of handling guest is absolutely amazing. Staffs are friendly and hygienic.
If you’re looking for casual asian food in Barrie, this is the place. Food is not bad. Service is fast and friendly. We ordered a tofu with vegetables and the other is shrimp.
DO NOT EAT! Both my friend and I got sick right after eating the food. The noodles were expired and stale! It was excessively drenched in oil. The vegan option had egg in it! When we spoke to the lady at the front, she told us this is how it comes and wouldn't replace the food. Very bad customer service ! Will not return.
