Nanny B's lives up to it's reputation for incredible treats. The stuffed cookies I picked up today for a birthday party were a huge hit. Everyone was raving about them. Decadent, scrumptious, heavenly...I could go on. When I got there, the service was amazing. Huge and friendly smile, able to let me know the ingredients of each product, and made sure to get me sorted quickly. Can't say enough good about this place!
We ordered a custom wedding cake, cupcakes, and cookies from Nanny B's. We still have guests raving about how delicious all the desserts were! They were easy to deal with, very flexible and make the most amazing desserts! I would highly recommend!!
Ordered a birthday cake with a strawberry cream filling and honestly, it was one of the best tasting cakes we’ve had -just a delicious, delicious cake. A three layer, moist, soft crumb, icing that was not too sweet , a perfect filling ratio of chopped strawberries mixed in with cream, and it just looked beautiful. Thank you for a fantastic cake that earned raves not just from the birthday boy, but the entire party!
I recently purchased an entire cheesecake for a gathering, “Uppity Bunch”, (my family) they raved about the cheesecake, their exact words were, “Best cheesecake they had ever had”, all of them. Worth every delicious cent.

My first time ordering from here and I had high hopes considering the other reviews. I don’t understand the huge gap between their experience vs ours. Maybe a new employee made ours? Maybe the power outage they had on the day of our pick up caused some issues? No idea. I’m not overly picky by any means, I love desserts in general and I’ve ordered many custom cakes but we were disappointed in the cake we received from Nanny Bs. We ordered a chocolate cake with buttercream/oreo crumbs filling and I’ve never had a cake where the buttercream filling and icing are thicker than the actual cake layers. Plus, the buttercream is hard like a block of butter. We served it at our son’s birthday event and not one of the guests finished their piece of cake. Which is a first! When you eat it, your tongue and mouth get a weird sensation. I wouldn’t have mentioned the next thing if it weren’t for the cake being so bad, but since I’m already here I might as well share the whole story. I sent a picture of a cake and asked if they could make it, they said yes and quoted based on that picture. They never mentioned they would take creative liberties and change the design. When we picked it up, it was missing key elements from the picture and the edible characters they printed weren’t even the right ones that were in the picture I sent them. My son was disappointed, as he chose the cake design and is very particular. He wanted the actual sonic characters not the baby versions of them, his name propped up and the palm trees. The last two were missing in their interpretation. When we questioned why there were elements missing vs the picture I sent, they claimed copyright? My recommendation is just give your customers a heads up at time of ordering to ensure everyone is on the same page, manage expectations and not to disappoint. Maybe I just wasn’t lucky and they had a bad day? But based on this experience, we won’t be ordering from here again. Our cake cost $145 and it mostly went in the garbage since people didn’t actually eat it.
I had my wedding cake recreated for my anniversary, and it actually looked better than my original! I gave her a picture and she brought it to life. I am so happy with it. Thank you Tammy!!
