DO NOT purchase Books for Law Clerk courses. I spent approx $500 for 1st term and not 1 book was opened, taken out of wrapper! The refund policy states no refunds so they protect themselves. Just a money grab! Extremely upset, I will not be buying another book from the store. I don't pick my money off of trees! Aarrgghhh! ? Terrible experience at the Georgian Store - Barrie!
Fast friendly service, order online for pickup if you can. If not, don't go on the first day of classes and expect to skip standing in a long line. Know your student number or better yet bring your One Card with you
Ordered items from their website to be shipped to my home. Was sent the incorrect items (instead of cancelling the order due to unavailability, sent me a different item that was terrible quality). Even though a customer service representative admitted that they had to provide an alternative due to supply chain issues, instead of doing the right thing, they refused to refund me and insisted I pay to have the incorrect items shipped back to the store. Edit: Issue has since been resolved after discussion with management. Management went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
Nice staff however the prices are on the high side and the store closes before the evening classes start which is a inconvenience when you need to pick something up before class
I dont understand why its not open at 730 like everything else. If someone needs to pick something up before their first class, especially how strict teachers are with not being even 1 minute late.. Also they dont even have sweaters for all of their programs. And the $70 custom ones look nothing like the originals.
Very stupidly expensive concidering their main customees arw students who have a lot of bills to oay and heavy debts to save up for. Low quality stuff. Just unethical.
The people who work at the store do not want students to succeed and have the worst customer service bad service would not ever spend any money here again.
