Good service…helpful in addressing an automotive matter outside their expertise. I felt that I received the service at a good price from knowledgeable people.

While travelling to the cottage, my car broke down in Barrie, ON. Finally, the 5th repair shop I tried, Active Green & Ross - Anne St. South Barrie, greeted me warmly and fixed my car. Not only was I from out of town but I had my two dogs with me. The day was hot and humid with storms and they allowed me to bring in my dogs into the store while they fixed my car. A huge thank you to Alison and Steve for taking their time to help me!!!! I would highly recommend this business.
Saturday may 13th, I witnessed these young guys working, squealing tires, doing burnouts in customer cars and flooring the customers vehicles into the shop like it was some kind of race. I’ve never seen such disrespect to customers vehicles in my life, and when I rolled down window to tell them to treat peoples cars better they just laughed and continued on. If owner/manager wishes to speak with me, leave a call back number and I can further explain what happened, that way I can take this review down after these employees are reprimanded as I know the owners of this establishment would be disgusted for how they treated the vehicles.
I have had my Cherokee and Accord serviced here for years. From new tires, alignments, suspension, Safety Checks, etc... these folks know their stuff and always do what's best for the customer. They only suggest the corrective (and give insights into preventative) services that are actually required and always have cost savings in mind. Thanks for the excellent mechanical support, keep up the outstanding work folks! Update Aug 2, 2022: Once again, had a coolant leak develop on my Gr. Cherokee, the staff at Green and Ross (Anne St) gave it priority and had me back on the road quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend them for any automotive service. 5 stars continues! Thank you. Update, Oct 15, 2022. Took my Gr. Cherokee in for a Pre-Season Winter check up and balancing/rotating the tires. The service was fast and they saved me a few bucks, without my asking. I trust Green and Ross on Anne St for all my vehicle maintenance and they continue to impress with their expertise and outstanding customer service. I consider myself lucky to have found them. Highly recommended ! Thank you Gr and Ross. I enter Winter, worry free once again.? Update Aug 1st, 2025. Once again, outstanding service from Green and Ross on Anne St, Barrie. Needed tires, a coolant flush, transfer case and differential fluid flush and change. Carrie and the Gr. and Ross team completed all service flawlessly and quickly returned my SUV in tip top shape. Ready for another Barrie Winter. Can't say enough about the confidence I feel having my vehicles maintained by Green and Ross. 10/10.
**update 2025** Again this year! Carrie & team took good care of me and my car. Loving the new tires!! Thanks folks!!! They got me in and out twice in one week for two different issues, each time was under an hour. Thanks folks!!
