My husband went in with my car and was greeted rudely by the receptionist. Her manner and tone of voice was condescending and she was extremely impatient with him, since he couldn't narrow down exactly what the problem might be. She conducts herself the same way over the phone, which is unfortunate for the company since she is the first person customers speak with. I would have given 1 star, but the mechanic was nicer. I will not be returning to be treated this way, when there are many other places that will welcome my business.
My friend has been going here for 8+ years and I finally decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did. I needed a lot of work done on my car and they did it all in half a day. Prices are very reasonable and he is very honest. My car is driving like new again =) A big thank you to this team!
Craft auto is the greatest place to go very friendly very fair prices the only shop i will or would take my car to great staff that knows there stuff...Highly Recommend

Devon and Team Punctual, Professional, Quality Work, Honest, Knowledgeable, Experienced, Goes the Extra Mile I needed a new muffler, pipe, springs and bolts. Gave me 3 choices. I thought I would have to wait until the following week to get it fixed. NO he said SAME DAY. WOW! Completed the repair it came in to LESS than the 3rd quote. Devon went EXTRA MILE by polishing up the Old Sport Little End Pipe piece and welded it on. He told me it would LOOK NOT RIGHT if didn't have it, because the car is a Sport. IT LOOKS AWESOME! AWESOMEJOB! THANK YOU! Devon and team are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Need a mechanic I highly Recommend Devon and his Team!
I was just passing through Barrie when my brakes started making terrible noises. Craft had me back on the road within 2 1/2 hours even though I had no appointment, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Very impressed with their friendly honest service to an out-of-towner who they will probably never see again - that is true kindness!
