I don't know how you can run a business when you order flowers for a funeral and they forget to deliver them but still take your money. If I had not called I would not of even know they didn't deliver them. This company didn't send me a receipt as they said they would or send a refund receipt. I will let you know if they don't refund my money i can't even rate this place because they don't give a minus 10 option..
