Ordered flowers online to be delivered to my wife's work for Valentine's day. Received email confirmation. Flowers never arrived. Have been calling the company for the last 2 days. No answer. Automated message says voicemail hasn't been initialized. EDIT: Was eventually able to get in touch with the company and they refunded the order and still sent the flowers. Would have been nice to get them on Valentine's Day but I guess these things happen. Added a couple of stars for decent customer service.
This flower shop is one of my favorites! There is a great selection and very friendly staff who are able to accommodate to your needs. I would definitely recommend for you to come here if you like the service of a business that goes above and beyond!
My florist cancelled two weeks before my wedding, I went in and met with the owner, should her my ideas and paid. I showed up at the wedding to see the most beautiful bridal and bridesmaid bouquets!! It was more than i envisioned :) Thank you thank you!

This place is very unprofessional. I placed an order around 10am for a bouquet as a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday, which was to be delivered to the hotel that we were staying at. The receptionist promised me that, although it was a busy day, they would arrive by 2pm at the latest. No one showed up, so I called and the lady said that their delivery driver hadn't shown up at the store yet but when he did, she would call. At 2:15 she said he had just arrived and he would be at the hotel in a half hour. At 3pm, he had still not shown up at which point I called and the receptionist spoke to me in a very rude tone as if she did not understand why I was concerned, but agreed to contact the delivery driver. Finally at 3:15 I received a call that the flowers were at the front desk even though I asked them to be delivered to the room initially. The bouquet was nice, but the message was somehow addressed to me as opposed to my girlfriend. Needless to say, I will never buy anything from this place again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Arrangement looked nothing like what I thought I was ordering. It was poorly put together and looked cheap and disorganized. Cost over 100 and had flowers that were poisonous to cats even though I selected an arrangement that was not supposed to contain them. Did not respond to my messages regarding my dissastifaction. Will not be ordering from here again. If you want quality just order from Fendleys and save yourself the disappointment.
I have been buying flowers from flowers and pineworld for about 6 months now and had to put this posting after reading one of the negative reviews. This is the best local flower shop in Barrie. I am giving a 4 star and not a 5 star since it would be really great if the flower shop could add more tropical flowers to its inventory.
