The staff is absolutely the best. They are so caring and they have lovingly restored the old house and it is so comforting and homey as opposed to the commercial feel of some other places. They are also quite reasonably priced and have recently upgraded a lot of their audio and video equipment and that was very nice.. They stood by us and provided great support after the service too. They really seem to care and that really helped my family get through a difficult time. Well done Jennett's..Thank you

I lost my son Jan 2017 when we went to make arrangements. I felt at home. Very warm peaceful and calming. I have been to 2 other funeral homes in Barrie and this one by far is the best. I made my own slideshow, put it on a usb stick and it was playing on both large tv's I couldn't be more pleased with the staff they were amazing and very caring. A friend couldn't walk up the stairs they have one of those chair lifts. I would highly recommend them.
The staff were generally good, However if you have elderly people attending or people with disabilities, I do not recommend as the reception area is not easily accessible. In fact for those confined to a wheel chair not at all. Two very long flights of stairs make it very difficult for the elderly to navigate. Beware also, that technologically they have is very antiquated. There was no way to play music throughout, additionally if you want to display digital images, image size is an issue which we were unaware of . The monitors are not networked and we had to place a USB stick in the back of the TV.
